what you need
- 8 oz. sweet Italian turkey sausage, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup thawed frozen cocktail-sized turkey meatballs, halved
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni, halved
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, halved
- 15-16 oz. store-bought pizza dough, thawed if frozen, at room temp
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 13" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray. Heat large skillet over med-high heat. Add sausage, meatballs, pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring often until sausage is no longer pink. Remove from heat. Stir in pepperoni and olives into sausage mix.
Press dough into pan. Spread sauce over dough to within 1" of edge. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with meat and veggie mix, then remaining cheese.
Bake 15-20 min or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
I make this in place of a meat lovers' pie and still get raves.
