what you need
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 6 small radishes, halved and sliced
- 1 tomato, seeded, sliced
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/3 cup prepared spicy salsa
- 2 Tbsp. reduce-fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

In large saucepot, bring 4 qts salted water to boil. Add green beans. Cook, 4 min or until crisp tender. Drain beans and plunge into bowl of ice water, drain, pat dry with paper towels.
On large platter, arrange green beans, radishes, tomatoes, and scallions.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle salsa mix over salad just before serving.
