Sherry's Chicken with Asparagus Sauce

what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cups cooked white rice, already made
make it
Dip chicken in egg whites, coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook 15 min or until no longer pink.
In saucepan, heat soup, milk, and water until heated through. Arrange chicken over cooked rice, pour sauce over chicken.
Notes
I serve this with fresh asparagus spears.
