Warm Crab-Stuffed Eggs

what you need
  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) lump or claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay) 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Halve eggs lengthwise. Place yolks in medium bowl. With fork, mash yolks until consistency of coarse crumbs. Gently stir in all remaining ingredients except egg whites and cheese.

Place egg whites on foil lined rimmed baking sheet. With tip of spoon, fill egg whites with yolk mix, sprinkle with cheese.

Heat broiler. Broil 3-6 min or until golden brown.
To boil eggs: Place eggs in single layer in pot. Cover with water, bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low, simmer 9-10 min.

Serve warm for the best tasting stuffed eggs ever
