Tangy Nut and Fruit Salad

what you need
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. juice from mandarin orange can or jar
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. each salt, and pepper
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 1 cup diced, peeled jicama
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 can or jar (6 oz.) mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup pecan pie glazed pecans
make it
In medium bowl, whisk oil with juice, vinegar, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in zest.
Add salad greens, jicama, and onion to bowl with dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
Top with orange segments and glazed pecans.
