Shara's Cheesy Stuffed Potato Skins

- 5 large baking potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. 1% milk, heated
- 2/3 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap each potato in foil. Cook for 45 min. Quarter potatoes lengthwise. Remove pulp, leaving a 1/2" border.
In large bowl, blend potato pulp, milk, and 1/2 cheese.
Spoon into potato skins, top with remaining cheese. Top with sour cream, sliced scallions, and crumbled bacon.
