what you need
- 4 cups shredded Napa or iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES, drained
- 1 cup Asian sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Combine all ingredients except dressing and peanuts in a large bowl.
Just before serving toss salad with dressing and sprinkle with peanuts.

Great Main Dish salad to serving when time is limited.
