Microwaved Cheesy Potatoes

- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Pepper
- 5 oz. 1% milk
- 1 bag homestyle hashed brown potatoes (the cubed kind, thawed
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese

In a large microwaveable dish (with vented lid), mix together the soups, onions, pepper, milk and potatoes until potatoes are coated well.
Top with shredded cheese.
Cover and place in the microwave, on high, for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
