- 1 package (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 blocks (10 oz. each) sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided (about 5 cups total)
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Paprika

Combine macaroni, 4.5 cups cheese and next 6 ingredients in a lightly greased 4-qt crock-pot.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Cook on low for 3 to 3.5 hours. Stir mixture, serve immediately.
