what you need
  • 4 slices extra thin white bread
  • 2-3 Tbsp. jam or jelly of choice
  • 1 cup thin pancake batter
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar
make it
Make 2 jelly sandwiches spreading on thick. Cut off crust and cut jelly sandwich in half or fourths.

Dip sandwiches into pancake batter, let drip a couple seconds.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
