what you need
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup Athenos Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup cooked cold oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches, strawberries, or mixed fruits
make it
Place all in blender and whip till smooth.

Leftover can be drunk the same day-just re-whip.
My physicians have both asked for my recipe.

Rated  by a cook on 5/14/2011 This is delicious. I love that it uses Greek yogurt instead of regular plain yogurt. I used a packet of maple and brown sugar oatmeal, because that is what I had, and it worked just fine. My husband loved it, too.
