Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet. Season pork with salt and pepper. Quickly brown pork on all sides in the hot oil.
Remove pork to a slow cooker. Pour soup mix, water, wine and soy sauce over the top, turning pork to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Serve pork sliced with the juices in the slow cooker on top. Great with rice or mashed potatoes.
