Tuna Balls with Hollandaise Sauce

what you need
  • Tuna Balls
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 small cube cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
  • Crushed Salting Cracker Crumbs (to roll in)
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar (or lemon juice)
make it
Mush all Tuna Balls ingredients (except crushed crackers) together. Roll into balls. Roll the balls into crushed saltine cracker crumbs. Put on cookie sheet.

Bake 15 min at 375°F or until cracker crumb coating looks a little brown.

In the meantime in a double sauce pan put Kraft mayonnaise, egg, sugar and vinegar - mix all. Bring water to boil. Stir sauce until light and fluffy just takes 2 min to get warm. Don’t cook sauce too long or it will break down. Serve sauce with tuna balls for dipping.
