what you need
- 2 jars (7 oz.) marinated artichokes, drained
- 4 teaspoons fajita cooking sauce
- 1 large boneless chicken breast
make it
Lay the artichokes in the bottom of a small, disposable foil baking pan. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of fajita cooking sauce over them.
Spread one teaspoon on each side of the chicken breast, lay over artichokes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Allow chicken to rest a couple of minutes, cut into thin slices. Serve.
