what you need
- 2 deep dish baked pie crusts
- 1 tub (16 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 quart sliced strawberries
make it
Bake pie crusts and set aside to cool.
Mix Cool Whip, Eagle Brand Milk and lemon juice (do not use mixer). Add sliced strawberries. Mix well. Pour into baked and cooled pie crusts.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 2 pies.
Notes
If you are not going to serve pie the same day you make it, wait until ready to serve to pour in pie crust.
