what you need
- 1 pkg. spinach
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- Pumpernickel round bread
make it
Defrost frozen spinach package and drain extremely well, even squeeze out excess water with your hands.
Add all remaining ingredients and let sit for a couple hours to marry.
Cut out middle of a pumpernickel round and fill with dip.
