what you need
- 1 bag carrots
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cups oil
make it
Slice and boil carrots for 10 minutes, drain. Add peppers and onion strips.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.
Refrigerate for at least a week, the longer the better.
