what you need
- 12 green tomatoes
- 4 peppers, red and green
- 4 onions
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
make it
Chop all veggies into small pieces. Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook only in enamel or stainless steel pans. Pour into jars hot.
