what you need
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 pound Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
make it
Flatten chicken and cut into smaller pieces. Cut Swiss cheese to fit chicken and roll up, secure with toothpicks.
In a saute pan, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients and let cook down about 15 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken when serving.
