what you need
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 squares or oz. of unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- Powdered sugar
make it
Add all ingredients (except powdered sugar) and make into a ball, chill for 30 minutes.
Roll onto powdered sugar, put on greased cookie sheet.
Cook at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll again in powdered sugar while still warm.
