what you need
- 1 box Easy Step 1-2-3 Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple in natural juices
- Cool Whip (if desired)

Mix together cake mix & pineapple with juice.
Put into an angel food pan, loaf pan, or 9x13" pan & bake as directed.
You can serve as is, or add a dollop Cool Whip, or make a thin icing & drizzle over top.
Notes
To keep it light, serve as is or with Cool Whip only. This recipe is so simple & so good.
