I cooked it for 50 minutes vs an hour and it came out fine. The bread was nice and moist. My 2 boys even loved it.

Good, but I've had better. Agree with hmurbani - browned much earlier than the 1 hour bake time. Tasty, but it didn't blow me away.

Quick and easy. Tastes great. Mine was done before time though - quite brown. Less time next time will be perfect

Yummy! Great flavor. After tasting the final product, I went back and doubled the recipe and made 4 more loaves. In my family whenever our bananas get too ripe we freeze them for when we want to make bread. Great thing to have on hand when you need them. Thanks for the recipe! I am wrapping up a couple loaves and taking them to neighbors.

The only thing I found was that my bread was done in under 45 minutes. It made 2 full size loafs. And I also added 1/2 chopped walnuts.

I will make this recipe again but will lower the fat content by using skim milk and egg substitute. I added some English walnuts to the batter and it was yummy!
