A little more prep than I like for one dish, but still easy enough to make. Makes a lot of food. My two children under 10 both enjoyed this meal. I liked it, especially the buttery crossiant crust. My husband didn't like it though. I'd make it again----when he's out of town or if I was having company for brunch.
