I made this dinner last night. What a terrific surprise! It was something that EVERYBODY just loved! 2 in my family like spicy food and 2 can't stand it. This meal is able to please everyone! We just had salsa and sour cream for on the side and it worked VERY well. Advise anyone else to try this out. This is also VERY quick to throw together.
