One instruction that would result in more confident preparation is to clarify that "all the ingrediants" in step 1 includes half or none of the saltines since
step2 specifies coating the meatloaf pan with a fine coating of crushed saltines. I guessed half ( 1 pkg.)
in each step and it came out okay.
