I make this recipe with hot jimmy dean sausage, drain fat. Cube 1 pkg of velveeta mexican hot or mild, depending on the zesty of your choice, drain rotelle. Microwave cheese and rotelle till smooth add crumbled sausage and serve with tostitos, very addictive.

I have also added: cooked hamburger, chili with no beans and canned mushrooms to this recipe. It is a family favorite and my kids request often.
