What a "Simple, Silly" concept was my first thought about cooking the bird upside down after all the years of following the "Heard" and cooking...breast side up! Made sense so I tried it and It was melt in your mouth moist. I did not use the orange juice though, concerned that it would make for too sweet of gravy. Now I think I'll try it next time !
