I took this to a "Mexican Night" gathering at a home and was asked for the recipe. I took the leftovers to my sister-in-law's house two nights later to keep her from having to cook, and she wanted the recipe. That tells me it was good! And, I thought it was very yummy, too, as did my 4 year old!
