My husband really enjoyed this recipe and loved it with spicey mystard on bread the next day! I used catsup instead of the tomatoe sause and no water for the topping. I do have a new habit of grating my onion which also produces a pool of onion juice as well. I know it seems to be a headache but my grandmother swore by it.
