This was very easy and very good. Everyone loved it. I added vanilla to mine. Yum.

I made this banana bread yesterday and I'm so happy I did! My batch ended up making 1 loaf and 12 mini muffins. The only difference in my bread was that I added about 1 cup of chopped walnuts. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
