I've made this type of pizza on the stove top too, like I was making a quesadilla. If you're just making a few, you can do it on the stove and save some time, plus you won't get a hot kitchen. The quesadilla method also works by adding a top to the pizza and slicing with a pizza cutter. My kids loved having pizzas like this!
