The meatloaf seasoning mix just sat on top of the roast and turned it black giving it a burnt flavor.

This recipe was really simple and delicious! The roast came out so tender I could just about cut it with my fork. Will definitely make again!

Everyone LOVED this recipe. It was delicious and so moist. I used a much larger roast and the meat was great leftovers in sandwiches!

Excellant! The meatloaf mix made the meat so tender. The only thing I did different was when I made the gravy, I added almost 2 cups of water to dilute the taste. And I only cooked it for 6 hours. Thank you for this recipe!!!!!

Wow is right! This was the best roast I've ever made. The juice created by the roast if great even if you don't make it into a gravy...just pour the juice over the meat. YUM!
