I am a wife and mom of seven! I try 2 make yhem all something special as well as low budget once in a while, they all love banana nut bread! I used this recipe and found it to be much faster and easier than the traditional ones I grew up making from SCRATCH! I will DEFINATELY use it again! Thanks 4 sharing it! I added a little bit of all-spice to pump up the flav. a bit,and glazed it w/ butter, vanilla & brown sug.
