Every since I found this recipe it's been my favorite. I've made it over and over again just used more lime juice than the recipe calls for because some of the people I make it for like it more tart. My niece she's 2 is allergic to eggs so she can't eat regular cake. I made this for her grandmother, she tried it and loves it. Now she says auntie will you make me a cake pie. It's quick and easy. they eat it frozen.
