I have made this cake like 20 times this rhubarb season and keep getting requests to bring it to family gatherings etc. You will not be disappointed.

Have made this several times and we have renamed it OMG. It is so good. The last time I made it I forgot to add the sugar, was a firmer cake and tasted real good and not so loose. It is now a family favorite.

This has officially replaced my husbands longtime favorite dessert. I didn't have strawberry jello, i used blackberry fusion, and i substituted one cup of the rhubarb with fresh cut up strawberries. needless to say it didn't last the night. lol

I made this for Memorial Day and one of my sons don't like rhubard and tasted this and had a bowl full with cool whip and asked for more. A big hit with my family.
