Do you think this would be good with Baby Spinach leaves instead of Basil? I don't know if my family and friends would eat this...but it looks good to me I did not make this yet, but it made me put looks like it would be good, so i gave it 4 stars

I made this last summer (Not from this recipe) just using these ingredients which I had on hand. I used the marinated mozzarela balls and tomatoes and basil from my garden. Ewil426 is right that it is a great appetizer or dinner companion. Everyone loved them, even the kids. And they look so pretty! They are an easy way to add color, not to mention they are delicious!

I have made these for years. People love them and think you worked really hard. I always have a balsalmic dressing on the side for dipping too. Make them - you won't be disappointed.

This is such a simple and tasty appetizer! It is also good without the basil so I made some with and some without for more variety on the table. Everyone thought it was yummy!
