Wonderful recipe with a few tweaks- from previous reviews I felt it would need a litte something to keep from being bland. I added sautéed onion and minced garlic to the spinach/cheese mixture - It was great! I used the Panco bread crumbs and topped with Mozzarella cheese but no spagetti sauce- My family loved it! Very good as leftovers too - The breading stayed crunchy-- We had this Thursday night, Saturday and leftovers last night and my adult daughter wants it again tonight! Shows how good it is as she's a picky eater.

My husband's new favorite chicken recipe i made. so yummy! NExt time we are putting artichokes in it too, i bet that would top it off even more!

Love Love Love this! And my kids love it too! I make this a lot when we're entertaining friends. A great, unique meal that looks a lot harder than it is!
