Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon to get the 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar needed to prepare this recipe.
Use a food processor to make quick work of chopping the cranberries and nuts.
Add 1-1/2 tsp. orange zest to batter with the cranberries and nuts.

Made it with cherries the first time because the store didn't have cranberries. Will try it again soon with the cranberries; I think it'll be fabulous then!
I made this recipe, but I turned them into muffins instead of bread. Added a few crumbles on top & I had a recipe that everyone loved!
