Our weather is finally warming up and that only means picnics and cooking outdoors are in our horizon. One of our favorite dishes to pair with our egg salads and Easter is a serving of these creamy cilantro Dijon grilled asparagus.
If you have picky eaters at your table, this cilantro/Dijon creamy topping makes all the difference on the asparagus and other stalky vegetables such as roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Its tangy taste will transform vegetables into the most sought after dish at your picnic table.
If you happen to have any leftovers, use this dressing on your sandwiches or as a dip. It’s thick enough to enjoy with pita chips and as a spread as an accompaniment to hearty sandwiches.
