Potato Salad 411

This Memorial Day, skip the store-bought potato salad! Your own personalized version will taste absolutely amazing.


How to Make Potato Salad:

  1. Choose your potatoes (2 lb.).
  2. Quarter the potatoes and place in a pot of cold water. Cover and bring to a boil. The potatoes are done when they’re tender with a little resistance.
  3. Choose your base (1/2 cup):                                                                                                                                                                            potato_2
  4. Choose your add-ins:
    Bacon, hard-cooked eggs, onions, celery, cherry tomatoes, green onions, radishes, olives, peas, corn, pepper strips, red onions or sweet pickle relish
  5. Choose your seasonings:
    Mustard, horseradish, parsley, celery seed, basil, chives, cilantro, cumin or dill

      potato salad—have you changed anythiong with your salad dressing? Every time i ‘ve made potato salad ,after refrigerating for 1-2 hours it has formed an emulsion? the dressing washes off the potatoes??? help!!!!!
