Fall is just around the corner. Make the most out of these final summer days with an outdoor cookout complete with all the trimmings. That means making every kind of side salad under the sun—broccoli, macaroni, taco, pasta, cucumber, potato. To go with all that good food, we’ll be taking full advantage of summer’s bountiful fruit harvest by mixing up pitchers of summer sangrias.
Our Peach and Cherry Summer Sangria is full of the ripest fruits we can find, along with a few fresh herbs mixed in to set off the flavors. Today’s recipe pairs sweet, juicy peaches and tart cherries along with a Pinot Grigio. You’ll need a few hours to let the flavors sit and mingle, so make it in the morning or early afternoon and it will be ready when you are.
It’s the perfect drink to sip on the porch (or deck) while hanging out with friends and family.
