Chocolate Ice Cream the Easy Way

If those childhood afternoons spent sitting on the grass, scratching mosquito bites and waiting for your turn to crank the ice cream maker taught us anything, it’s that nothing tastes better than food that you’ve worked for. And while the old-school ice cream maker is something I still love to pull out occasionally (rock salt, anyone?), my kids and I can make this delish Chocolate Chunk & Marshmallow Sundae anytime we feel like getting together in the kitchen and creating a little magic.

Here’s how to make upgraded chocolate ice cream…the easy way.

1. Beat 2 packages of JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk in a large bowl for 2 min. Then stir in 1 tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.

1005236612. Stir in 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows and 1 package BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped.                                                                                       1005236653. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart freezer-safe container.

1005236754. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Done and done!
