Who’s ready for another delicious pumpkin-flavored fall recipe? One of the most fun things about baking with pumpkin is that it complements so many other fall flavors. Pumpkin and cinnamon, pumpkin and cream cheese, pumpkin and gingerbread—you really can’t go wrong! With that in mind, I came up with this delicious Pumpkin Cream Cheese Coffee Cake. It combines some of my very favorite flavors and textures: a tender, moist pumpkin cake topped with a velvety smooth cheesecake layer and a buttery, crisp cinnamon pecan streusel. It’s simple and straightforward to make, and comes out of the oven smelling divine!

Pumpkin Pie with an Amazing Twist

Pumpkin pie is my absolute favorite treat during the holidays. Lately, I’ve been brainstorming new ways to enjoy this traditional staple. I thought about making a pumpkin crumb pie, a pumpkin cream pie, a pumpkin peach pie or even a pumpkin sweet potato pie. In the end, I decided to leave the famous pumpkin pie as it is, but with one surprise ingredient added. Usually, I enjoy pumpkin pie topped with a dollop of whipped cream. On the other hand, I enjoy sweet potato pie with marshmallows. So I thought, Why not borrow from sweet potato pie and add a little marshmallow to my pumpkin dessert?
