Snickerdoodle Cookies + Cream Cheese Frosting = WHAT?!

A snickerdoodle cookie is one of my favorite holiday cookies. They have the perfect balance of buttery softness and slight crispiness, with a warm cinnamon-sugar aroma that draws me in every time.
