The Easiest Sweet Potato Casserole

When I was younger, Thanksgiving was my favorite holiday. Well, it was my secret favorite holiday. As a kid, your favorite holiday has to be Christmas just because of all the toys. In the bottom of my heart, though, Thanksgiving was my favorite. I enjoyed being around my entire family, watching my grandma preparing dinner and my grandfather carving the turkey. One of my most vivid memories is of my grandfather trying an electric knife for the first time. He was like a kid in a candy store.
