If you’re celebrating Easter, you’ve probably got enough on your plate without needlessly complicating your menu. But here’s good news: You can take fussy appetizers out of that equation and focus on the rest of the festivities (even if that means sneaking candy from the kids’ baskets while they’re distracted—no judgment). I’ve gathered the eight easiest pre-feast noshes I could find, including deviled eggs, breads, mini frittatas and a creamy dip recipe or two. Crowd-Pleasing Brunch Made Easy

Love ’em or hate ’em, they’re inescapable this time of year. No, I’m not talking about shopping-mall Santas. I mean holiday guests. Extra bedrooms are quickly filling up with parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends gathering for celebrations large and small. Personally, I love a full house—though with my husband, kids and new baby, mine’s feeling pretty full all the time these days! With these large gatherings come large meals, and it turns out people need to eat more than just the one big holiday meal. Last year, we learned the hard way that a few boxes of cold cereal only go so far.
