Did you know that this month is National Grilled Cheese Month? You do now if you didn't! I'm a sucker for grilled cheese sandwiches and so is Hunter. I've been making a grilled cheese sandwich for Hunter every morning to put in his lunch for school. Landon is kind of iffy with it. Which is silly because he loves cheese and bread! I tried to combine Hunter's love of grilled cheese with Landon's love of mozzarella and black olives. Hunter and I both like those ingredients as well so I thought it would be good to try something new out.
Oh boy! Was this a good sandwich I had made! Seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten (yes I'm easy to please). This is now going into rotation for lunches for the boys. Cory hasn't gotten a chance to try it out yet since he's at work but when he gets home I think I'll whip him up one so he can partake in my endeavors in the kitchen.
Now I need to start looking at Easter recipes and creating a game plan for that day!
