Have a Fiesta Every Day

May 23, 2013

Sometimes I feel like there are truly just not enough hours in a day. As a work-at-home-mom, I strive to balance my career with my role as a mother, and on certain busy days, finding the time to whip up a warm meal for my family can seem impossible!

On those evenings when I’ve neglected to plan our meal ahead of time, I turn to easy skillet recipes with simple ingredients, like this easy ground beef noodle skillet recipe that I adapted from

This recipe is so incredibly simple, and I love the spiciness and flavor it offers.

Cinco de Mayo is over, but who says you can’t have a fiesta every day? This easy beef noodle skillet is so yummy!

This dish definitely has a bit of a kick, but it was a still a winner with my picky kids.

In case you’re wondering, yes, you are seeing Ramen noodles in this dish! I have to admit, Ramen noodles are sort of a guilty pleasure for me. I’ve always loved them!

You could certainly substitute whole grain pasta in this recipe if you’re not a fan of Ramen noodles. I would recommend preparing the pasta separately and tossing it into the finished dish in that case.

This easy beef noodle skillet recipe is truly a snap to prepare.

In just minutes, you’ll have a warm, flavorful, and delicious meal for your family. This is the perfect quick-meal solution for your busiest days!
