I love fall and its holidays!! Planning the Thanksgiving dinner menu is something I look forward to every year. We always have the classic feast, but I like to add a few new things each year too...you never know when you might find a new favorite! STOVE TOP Stuffing is most definitely on the menu every year. My husband has always been a fan of it and I can’t imagine that will ever change. This year however, we won’t only be enjoying STOVE TOP Stuffing alongside our turkey and taters. I’m including it in this fast, flavorful and hand held appetizer to be enjoyed while things are coming together in the kitchen.
I combined my favorite Italian sausage with STOVE TOP Stuffing and put the sausage stuffing mixture inside mini sweet pepper halves. Add a little cheese, a few minutes under the broiler and you’ve got yourself a crowd pleasing appetizer that you won’t even need a fork for. Now the hardest decision will be choosing between pumpkin cheesecake and classic pumpkin pie!
