When I think about the month of December, my mind always drifts towards the sweet smells of holiday baked goodies. This time of the year, I love baking pies, Christmas cookies, cakes, homemade candies and especially muffins. They’re such a versatile treat that can be made with a variety of flavors and toppings. I often like to experiment with different flavor combinations and common ingredients that I have around my kitchen. This particular muffin recipe uses a lot of the Kraft products I already have in my kitchen with no special occasion in mind.
You’ll find this muffin tastes like a warm breakfast Cappuccino with the sweet and saltiness of Caramel Peanuts.
These muffins just aren’t for eating; they also make wonderful holiday gifts. They’re the perfect choice for an inexpensive, but thoughtful gift idea for a co-worker, neighbor or friend. You can package a single muffin along with a container of MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL French Vanilla Cafe in a treat bag and ribbon to share with a neighbor on Christmas morning. This gift is a nice way to give someone special in your life a sweet start to their holiday morning!
